Shipping Policy
We dispatch most orders within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery to any UK address is free and tracked, and usually takes 7 to 15 working days from dispatch. We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships.
If your parcel has not arrived within 25 working days of dispatch, email us at summitsports.oficial@gmail.com and we will send a replacement or give you a full refund. We currently deliver to UK addresses only.
Return & Exchange Policy
You can cancel your order for any reason within 14 days of receiving it, then you have a further 14 days to send the items back. Email us with your order number first and we will reply within 2 working days with the return address and instructions. Items should be unused, with all parts and, where possible, in the original packaging. For change-of-mind returns you pay the return postage. We refund the price you paid, including standard delivery, within 14 days of receiving the item back or proof that you have sent it.
If an item arrives faulty, damaged or not as described, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the problem. We will offer a replacement or a full refund and cover the return cost. This does not affect your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
